College Recruitment and Mentorship
College Recruitment Guidance and Mentorship to help prepare, navigate, and overcome the challenges.
Service Description
At the heart of youth development lies a balance between nurturing talent and guiding young players through the many facets of the game. Football is not merely technical; it is about education, attitude, and adapting to the demands of modern football. The idea behind this youth development program is to create a mentorship-driven, holistic system where players are given the tools to grow technically, tactically, mentally, and physically. A unique element here is the integration of online coaching, where players can access tailored training modules, review sessions, and mentorship in real-time, no matter their location. This brings flexibility and a personalized touch, allowing each player to grow at their own pace, with regular feedback from experienced coaches and mentors. I believe that in order to develop a player, it is important to focus not only on what happens on the pitch, but also on the personal relationships built off the pitch. That’s why we emphasize mentorship—where seasoned players and coaches offer insight into the professional game, helping young talents understand the mentality, discipline, and intelligence needed to succeed at higher levels. Players will meet with Mentor twice per month online via Zoom. The two sessions consist of a monthly 30-minute session where strategies, goals, and coaching will take place. The second session of the month is a check-in phone call or video call to see how the player is applying their strategies and to address any questions, challenges, or guidance. Players and parents will be provided with continuous engagement and are encouraged to communicate with their mentor between meeting periods if needed through the app, text message, or phone call.
